Boarding Options 

Hartsoe Farm, LLC is a newly established facility nestled in the quiet outskirts of Lincolnton, NC. We offer boarding options that are sure to fit everyone's needs, two legged and four legged alike, We strive to treat your horses with the utmost care and compassion,

FULL BOARD - $450.00 per month:
 
  • Access to (1) 12’ x 12’ stall bedded to a minimum of 3” with shavings provided by BARN
  • Stall mucked out as needed by BARN, in accordance to BARN’s standards
  • Appropriate amount of grass hay provided by BARN, fed in slow feeder
  • Water bucket(s) filled and cleaned 2x per stall period. Stalling period will not exceed 12 hours at a time, unless due to extraneous circumstances. 
  • Grain fed 2x a day, in an amount appropriate for the horse being boarded will be provided by BARN (up to $50 per month).
  • Any other changes to horse’s diet must be discussed between BARN and OWNER and must be documented and attached to the agreement.
  • Horse is to be turned in and out by BARN as needed; based upon weather and/or prior discussion between BARN and OWNER.

PASTURE BOARD - $300 PER MONTH:
 

  • Access to a shelter and/or shade in pasture

  • Appropriate amount of grass hay provided by BARN, during fall/winter months.

  • Water trough(s) filled 2x daily and cleaned as according to BARN’s standards.

  • Grain fed 2x a day, in an amount appropriate for the horse being boarded will be provided by the OWNER.

  • Any other changes to horse’s diet must be discussed between BARN and OWNER and must be documented and attached to this agreement.

  • Shelters are in each paddock to provide shade and relief from weather. Stalls are available for extenuating circumstances. (*"extenuating circumstances" defined as any circumstance outside inclement weather such as vet, farrier, injury, etc.)
